I'm getting reports of some people not able to send mail. I checked the exim_mainlog and see this error popping up a lot...

    2003-06-20 18:51:10 recipients refused from localhost [127.0.0.1] (RBL dun.dnsrbl.net)

So I temporarily commented out the dun.dnsrbl.net list, reloaded exim but it seems that didn't fix the problem. Any thoughts? Who's the bonehead that listed 127.0.0.1 anyhow?
