    delete domain logs after stats run
    -will this make the webstats that are shown becom inaccurate for past months?

    intechange
    -this is currently disabled is there any reason for that? can i just enable it?

    mysql version
    -its currently on version 3 is there any reason not to go to version 4? i was told my someone that it hogs up processing power

    cpanel/whm upgrades
    -what is recommended? currently its on manual upgrades should i have it set for automatic stable releases?

    exim on another port [26]
    -is this recommended?

    nope, the stats are cached in a MUCH smaller file. you should delete the original log files to save server space. log files can get VERY large...

    automatic > stable
    that works for me :)

    unless being blocked by your firewall no reason to change ports IMO....

    i left out two of your questions because i wasnt too sure about them.....
