something is missing

Hi, when I log in to my account this message appears:

The system failed to create the file “/home/username/.cpanel/datastore/.tmp.85df.MOUNTS_CACHE__proc_mounts” with permissions “0600” (as EUID: 563, EGID: 563) because of the following error: No such file or directory

I cannot see any of my email accounts, what do I do?

Hi @dmmedina74

Does

/home/$user/.cpanel

and

/home/$user/.cpanel/datastore/

both exist? You should be able to see both of these in your file manager if you're unable to use SSH.
