    Hello.
Last night at around 11pm cpanel updated.
    Now when I try to access http://www.foo.com/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi, I get a 404.
If I go to server.hostingprovider.com/~foo/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi everything works as it should.
Checked my httpd.conf, and it's identical to the one before the upgrade.
Any ideas what might be causing this problem.

    Fixed the problem

So I got it working by adding a new addhandler directive for this virtual host in my httpd.conf. Not sure why it quit working though. Previously it worked fine without that directive in there, and no other domains were affected.
