Sorry, a DNS entry already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

finally created an account, thought never gonna pass the "Random Question" in registeration page, anyways.

I removed a hosting domain, and i'm to create a new one for the same domain but I keep getting this error A DNS entry for “domainname.com” already exists, remove it from all servers in the DNS cluster first.

I know, I have to remove the DNS from DNS zone, but I have DNS zone in whm cpanel. I only see DNS MX Entry, and Eidt Zone Templates under DNS Functions.

any help would be aprreciated.

Hello

It seems like your web hosting provider might not have provided you with the ability to delete a DNS zone. Please contact them to have the zone deleted or to have that featured granted to your reseller account.
