Sorry, can't resolve domain.com to an ip address - how to fix this?

Hi All,

I just created a new hosting account, let's call it domain.com. I then immediately went to park another domain name on top of it, let's call it domain.com.au. But when I hit the button to do the parking, I get this error:

Sorry, can't resolve domain.com to an ip address

Er, what now? :)

Extra information: domain.com.au was originally established as its own separate hosting account which was deleted (inc. DNS) prior to the creating on the domain.com hosting account. Not sure if this is a factor. It shouldn't be (IMHO) because the error has nothing to do with domain.com.au.

Any ideas anyone? Perhaps I've got to go and manually delete a file somewhere that shouldn't be there?

Thanks v. much.

Oops. Might be answering my own question here.

I thought that I could park a domain over another domain even though the first domain isn't yet resolving to anywhere, but it appears that I thought wrong.

Problem solved, I think.
