    Hello,

This is probably my first post, I usually figure things out reading the forum but this time I was unable to.

Here is the background of the problem:

I ordered a few months ago a Cloud service for a domain "mydomain.com" and the hostname I inserted was "test.mydomain.com".

Now I'm migrating to another server, so I want "new.mydomain.com" as a hostname. The problem is that when I try to add that hostname to the new server, I get the following error: "Sorry, that's an invalid domain", I already removed all DNS zones of the cloud service, so I don't know what else to do.

Any thoughts on this? maybe I should remove some other info in the cloud service? Thanks.

Thanks Michael, What I did was to point the domain hostingard.com to the new server's DNS's, apparently after that it all worked out and let me change the A record in the new server.

Thank you anyway for the help.
