I know I'm bumping up a very old message but I am getting the same error message just about every day:

<h4 class="redtext">Sorry, the old Storable format could not be converted.</h4><h4 class="redtext">You may be able to work around this problem by attempting this task via cPanel.</h4><h4 class="redtext">To transfer to the user's cPanel <a target="_blank" href="/xfercpanel/tool/?theme=x3&goto_uri=/frontend/x3/addoncgi/cpaddons.html?addon=cPanel::Ecommerce::OSCommerce">click here</a></h4>

When I go to that URL, it tells me that the module was modified and is not supported.

This is generally caused by damaged or corrupted yaml files in a users .cpaddons directory under /home/USER/.cpaddons.

Locating and fixing the yaml files is about the only option I know works but is a little tedious and time consuming.
