Sorry, this domain has mutiple MX entries Error

Sorry, this domain has mutiple MX entries. You must edit it with the DNS Zone Editor

When trying to modify an MX entry in cpanel i get this error for multiple accounts.

(There is not multiple mx entries)

I am getting the same error while modifing MX record via Cpanel or WHM.
Is this is a bug in Cpanel ?

You can modify a DNS zone at the prompt using your favorite editor such as vi or emacs, or pico.

Recently i started working at cpanel. So tomorrow when i get into the office i will do some more investigating on this issue and hopfully get a fix soon
