Which API are you using: WHM API (cPanel Accounting) or the XML API?

I'm not sure how it's called but it's not XML API. So, it should be WHM API.

Note: Of course, because of security reason I didn't enter the correct information with host, username, password, etc...

I have this same problem, but I'm trying to create a new account in WHM, logged as a reseller with xBrasil theme (pt-br).
If I change to X, works like a charm, but in xBrasil it shows the error message.
I don't know exactly why it happen, if someone can help me, it will be really appreciated.
