space problem

    i have a problem on the server there is 72 gig space on it after cpanel and the op system
    i have 4 sites on the server and the quota for all of them is only 9.8 gig
    but the server is saying that the hdd is 89% full
    what can this be any 1 have any idear ?

    could this be error logging problems ?
    if so where should i start to look
    it has not gone to 92%

    Check the logs, it may be causing this issue. Check some log files at :-
    /usr/local/apache/logs/
    /var/log/

    Also ask someone to look it to the server.

    just loged on to ssh
    at the top of putty it says mail.ojoink.com
    i have never herd of this
    any idears any 1 ????

    To check on the quota, SSH to your server and run this command:
    du -sh /

    The part that says "mail.ojoink.com"... are you meaning the name of the server you are logging into is identifying as mail.ojoink.com, or that the last login was from mail.ojoink.com?
    If the first, then contact your datacenter and ask them about someone else on your IP/Server. If the second, you've likely been r00ted and are acting as someone else's warez dump.
