    Hi,

I enabled spamassassin and the spambox on an account. Since that momen there came no mail anymore in the pop-boxes. No messages came through anymore. After that I disabled spamassassin and the box and the mail came trough again.

But the messages which were sent during the enabled period didn't came trough. Can anyone tell me how to get the messages of that period?

    Thanks.

    Go on, have a guess
If they are not in the mail queue, then they have been lost for good.

Unless you have the Spam Box enabled. If that is enabled, the email may be in the spam folder which can be checked by the cpanel webmail, or POP. Here is the note about that in cpanel:
If the spam box is disabled, the mail is gone.

I first enabled the box, when I saw there was no mail coming through I disabled the box again. Does it mean the box is deleted then?

I don't see any spam folder in the webmail.

    Tnx

I think so. I'm pretty sure that when you disable it, the spam folder is removed, and therefore any spam in it as well. If I had time I'd test to see, but you can always do that. Enable spam and spambox, forward spam to it, verify that it's in there, then disable it.
