    I'm quite stuck.
My customers are complaining of too much spam, I checked the server and spamd is stopped. I setup logging so I will receive a email when it stops, thus every 5minutes I get a email.
    Code:
    **
    Server:	cpanel.domain.com
    Primary IP Address:	192.168.0.000
    Service Name:	spamd
    Service Status:	failed

Notification:	The service “spamd” appears to be down.
Service Check Method:	The system’s command to check or to restart this service failed.
    Number of Restart Attempts:	5
    **
I have tried restarting the server, /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/514/bin/su-update -D, changed DNS Servers, and logged a ticket.
When I logged a ticket, the support was great but could not fix it.
So any assistance will be great.

    Hello :)

Could you let us know the ticket number so we can review a more detailed report about this issue and check for any additional solutions?

    Thank you.

    Looks like I fixed it.
I found a example MIRRORED.BY file in the net, copied a couple of channels and manually created the file.
If anyone could copy and paste a correct MIRRORED.BY file I can update mine correctly.

    Thanks - in advance.
