Spam being sent - here's a copy of the headers

    Somebody's sending spam out from our servers. Obviously I've already banned him, but that's not the point.

    All accounts are limited to 20 emails per hour. How can I stop this happening?

    Also, by the way, it's actually 20 emails per domain, I believe. So if one user is and another's, are the emails "deducted" individually or just for
