    Heyas,

My clients keep getting the following emails and spam is not being stopped but attached to the following message and then forwarded onto the clients. Is there anyway to stop this?

Spam detection software, running on the system "filter1.mailshield.net.au", has
identified this incoming email as possible spam. The original message
has been attached to this so you can view it (if it isn't spam) or label
similar future email. If you have any questions, see
the administrator of that system for details.

    Do you run/manage filter1.mailshield.net.au?

Well I suppose it would then be up to you to change the settings in your server-side anti-spam software to sort it out.

After just taking a look at the MailScanner reports, yours doesn't match so I'm assuming you're not running MailScanner.

What anti-spam software do you use on the relevant server?

    Heya,

Im not using mailscanner, im just using spamassassin. I dont use mailscanner because my clients like the spambox functionality.

Yer it would be right to assume that i would just turn it off. However i dont know how to, i dont know why it just started reporting. I have my own reporting which is seperate and i dont want these emails to be sent to my clients.

Any ideas how to turn if off ? or any ideas on how to use mailscanner with spambox's ?

    Thanks
    Shaun
