spam emails and Large Number of Failed Login Attempts

Hi,

Every day i receive a huge amount of Large Number of Failed Login Attempts from a strange ip's which is not related to any of my customers

I have a web server and i manage it with WHM and CPANEL

And also every day there's a huge amount of spam mailes sent out from my server

Mails headers like this two headers

Is there's any way i can stop this spam emails or if there's any thing you can advise me to do?

Hi again,

I ment that my server is sending spam emails not that i'm receiving spam emails
and that's a problem because my server ip is blacklisted many time and i have to request black list removing

is there's any way to be sure that there's no spam emails will go out from my server!!
