Spam Emails bounce to me when send from a microsoft server.

    I get bouced email in my box from someone spamming reply-to or forging the email address.

    Which seems to be a Microsoft Server sending emails out from a verizon pots. So how did I get the return? Can I filter this? It was attached.

    There's very little you can do about blow-back from forged email header spam or viruses except use a filter either in the cPanel account for the domain or on your local email client checking for something that would identify the bounces.
