I need some help for Spam filters. I have been receiving lot of spam everyday and also receive lot of attachment from my own domain. I am using
    • CENTOS 5.11 x86_64 standard – sf5cc194
    • WHM 11.34.2 (build 8)
    • Load Averages: 1.34 2.03 2.48
Spam assassin is there but it is not stopping the spam emails :-(

Please suggest me some alternate spam filters.

That's why you're getting so much spam. If they misspell your email, it shouldn't make it to you. bob@yourdomain, jim@yourdomain, sally@yourdomain, are all misspelled emails. They don't exist, you accept them anyway.
