spam folder auto-create after deletion?

WEBMAIL will "spam" folder re-create when delted in file manager:
Can I delete entire folder with mail functions in file manager,
and will those folders re-create, OR, will I need to re-create the accounts for the folders to re-create?

This comes up when I have 20 pages of spam to delete in a "spam" folder...........can I delete the entire folder?
