Spam folder for POP mail clients/turning on Apache SpamAssassin by default

    2 Dumb questions:

    1) How does someone using a POP account in outlook pop the spam directory setup by spamassassin so they can check it. In IMAP you just subscribe to the folder and all is well, what to do with a POP email client?

    2) How do you have spam assassin default to on for all new accounts? I know there is an option in there somewhere!
