Since we moved all of our clients over to our own dedicated server from a shared account we have had a few complaining about unwanted spam. What would cause this and is there something we can do other than Spamassasin to cut down on the Spam?

For one of our clients all his Spam seems to be coming from China (top level domain .cn). Should we/can we block a top level domain via the cPanel & or WHM?

If anyone has any other suggestion to cut down on Spam, please let me know. All suggestion are welcome. Thank you!

P.S. We used Spamassasin a few months back and it didn't seem to do much other than mark the Spam and even some email that was not Spam. It really didn't filter it. Is the new Spamassasin engine different for the better or worse?
