    Hello,

    When I tried to send the message from my PHP script using mail() function, I've recived a message with SPAM flag in the subject and this lines in message source:

    X-AntiAbuse: This header was added to track abuse, please include it with any abuse report
    X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - myhost.com
    X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - domain.of.the.destination.user
    X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [99 99] / [47 12]
    X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain - mydomain.com
    X-Spam-Score: 8.2 (++++++++)
    X-Spam-Flag: YES
    Subject: [SPAM] This is a test for spam...

    What should I do to prevent this?
    Regards

    And I forgot - it was only when I send mail by php mail() function to specified account, when I tried to another - there wasn't any notification about antiabuse. So it is not added by my server, probably.

    The X-AntiAbuse headers are added by default by Exim. If you don't want them you can remove them from /etc/exim.conf

    The X-Spam-Score headers look like SpamAssassin headers. I don't know how cPanel is configured by default with SA, but when using MailScanner you can configure it to scan both incoming and outgoing email for spam. Porbably a first step would be to configure SpamAssassin to add the full scores to the header so that you can see which rules are being triggered.

    But they appear to be only when I send mail for realy one account, not on my domain, when I try to send them to others (for eg. hotmail.com) there is nothing added by AntiAbuse.
