we keep receiving tons of SPAM from "ourselves" (spoofed email addresses) from a lot of different IP addresses.

We have enabled both SPF and DKIM in cPanel. Moreover, Exim has the "Reject SPF failures" option set to ON in exim config.

We also use COnfigserver's MailScanner but there is no email address or domain name in the whitelist in MailScanner.

In cPanel, the Mail section > Default Address > Current Setting: :fail: No Such User Here
Discard with error to sender (at SMTP time)
Failure Message (seen by sender): No Such User Here

In WHM: Initial default/catch-all forwarder destination is set to "Fail"

What else can we do? Any ideeas?
