spam getting heavy again.. need help fighting it

I;m getting a butt load of spam again.. all just inder the 6.0 radar of Spam Assassin..

Has anyone installed the Rules De Jour auto updater on a Cpanel??? I am running v3.4

Thanks I have most of that already done.. I need up upgrade to 4.5 on the exim.. I just added a slew of rule sets for spamassassin.. hopefully that will help somewhat also
