Someone sent out a massive amount of spam that spoofed a valid email address on my server, and now I am receiving thousands of "returned to sender" emails from all the bounces... Is there any way to kill those before they end up in my mail box?

I don't think so. You can probably setup an email filter in your cpanel to discard all messages containing certain strings in the subject. Take 6 of the more commonly received bounced subject lines and set up a filter with them. Maybe you don't get rid of every bounce, but perhaps may stop the 80% of the actual traffic.
