Hi. I want to post this in the new user questions because it's not really an urgent problem (or even a problem at all). I'm wondering if there was something included in recent updates that would have cause MAJOR improvements in spam protection?

I ask this because a client has come to me saying that they've only received 1 or 2 emails today, and usually receive several hundred SPAM messages each day. He is worried that something is not working in his account, but I'm wondering whether spam improvements have been made and his account has actually gotten better.

    Thanks.:)

The only issues with the spam protection functionality that I am aware of were resolved a few months ago.

However, if you received an email about cPanel/WHM disabling SpamAssassin due to custom configurations you have performed that could not be imported into version 11, I would recommend you heed those warnings and take appropriate action.
