    Hi,

How to avoid from robot to send email from our domain? We are shared hosting. We facing problem that our ip been listed in spam blacklist.

This will cause our domain client that host in shared hosting will get bounce email to spam filter from their customer. What that best solution to avoid this issue? Please advice.

    Thanks.

Apart from the tweaks mentioned in the document, make sure that the domains are enabled with SPF and DKIM. Enabling these features will help you to avoid reputation damages to a great extend.
