Hackers requests webhost for resellers and send spam via squirrel.

how not to allow to spam using squirrel?

i think this would be interesting, if you can give more details.

also setting up mail limits for your box would certainly let one get those extra mail attempts in mail queue.

are you sure squirrel is the cause ??
