    Hello,

    Is there any way to block sending e-mails which have such information:

    H=localhost (anydomain) [127.0.0.1]

    by exim.conf?

    Thanks

    If you're findind spam being sent from the server then you should track it down and stop it. Trying to block it in exim is only hiding a very serious problem.
