We have a problem in the last couple of days.
previously, <11.44 when using the theme paperlantern the spam settings weren't being saved.
I have gone over the spam settings on some of our servers and they are the same and have been working properly previous to the past couple of days.

Please let us know what you find out.

    Hello :)

Could you elaborate further on how this relates to the Paper Lantern theme? For instance, are you still unable to save score settings for SpamAssassin when using the Paper Lantern theme? Or, is that just a footnote to the primary issue you are having of simply receiving more SPAM than usual?

    Thank you.

The post was moved to it's own thread because it's a separate issue. Feel free to review my previous post on the thread here if you would like us to help you with this issue.

    Thank you.

    Hi!

Same error here. I edit the user .spamassasin/user_pref file. First try, the cpanel see the modifications. After i restart the exim, because the filters not working. After the restart, the cpanel - ApacheSpamassasin - configure apache spamassasin is not working. Any change in the options is not saved, and if i edit the user_pref file, the changes not appear in the cpanel.

I restarted, and reinstalled spamassasin, but this not fix the problem.

    Thank you

You should not have to manually update permissions to edit SpamAssassin configurations through the UI. What version of cPanel is installed on your system?

    Thank you.
