    Hi guys,

I am trying to investigate a spam issue on my server. I have noticed an Israel IP address that is sending mail through our server, according to Exim logs they're logging in to the SMTP using the below accounts, but they do not exist on our server.

I have smtp authentation switched on so they should not be able to login. Am I missing something?

    200 applesupportteam@services.ie 84.94.*.*
    650 test@test.com 84.94.*.*

    Thanks,

    Stephen.

    Hello :)

Could you provide more details from the actual entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog that shows the sent emails?

    Thank you.
