Spamassassin being Automatically enabled

Here's a curly one...

We've replicated this on one of our servers. Login to cpanel, disable spamassasin. Logout. Login again a few mins later, and spamassasin is enabled.

The only other strange thing is, the client has an email filter to delete mail with ***SPAM*** in subject line, this was also deleted, and mins later was restored..

We changed passwords, in case another user was enabling, however this problem persists...

Any ideas, input, suggestions?

which version of cPanel?
