SpamAssassin blocking all mail

No, i have build 60 and still no resolution to this. I have submitted my second ticket to CPanel requesting help on this and still no reply (with root information and test account and everything).

I am running RedHat 7.3 (does that have anything to do with anything)?

Need a fix in a future build. Anyone on top of this?
