SpamAssassin & BoxTrapper

I currently have both in use on my personal email, and I can't get any emails from a specific domain. I've checked the BoxTrapper queue and it's empty, so it's not that. I've also checked the SpamAssassin spam folder, so it's not there.

The domain I can't get emails from is phpbuilder.com. I'm a moderator at a fairly active forum, so I kind of need the emails. I can't figure out why they're not being delivered, but other forums (RoundCube Forum, cPanel, Simple Machines) all are being received.

Did I miss something in the setup? I've whitelisted the email address the mail comes from, and still nothing.

That could cause some problems but....

www? as a mail server. Dnsreport cannot connect to www.phpbuilder.com via port 25. I would guess your DNS is wrong or port 25 is blocked, fix that first, then do as thewebhosting said and add RDNS for your mail server or you will have problems with alot of major email senders.
