SpamAssassin/Exim Spam settings

We're having troubles with spam, I've tried adding some values to the local.cf for SpamAssassin, but we still seem to have some issues with it.

Is there a good config out there already? Or how would we go about tuning it ourselves?

Do you have any additional settings enabled to help prevent SPAM beyond SpamAssassin itself? There are several options available in "WHM Home » Service Configuration » Exim Configuration Manager" that you might find beneficial (e.g. RBL blocking).
