I have a client that apparently gets a TON of spam.

In /home/<client>/.spamassassin/ there are a LOT of bayes_toks.expireXXXX files taking up lots of space (filled up their 500MB quota. Oy!)

Any ideas about what to do with these? Can I just delete them? Any recommendations on how to keep this from happening again? Or happening to someone else?

    Thanks!

P.S. I tar'd the directory and then deleted all the expire files... just to see what happens. Hopefully only good things.

    Go on, have a guess
You can just delete them. Their creation is dictated by settings that you can enable in their local.cf file - check over at spamassassin.org for more info on that app.
