Anybody know how to configure SpamAssassin to filter mail sent to a mail forward?

I believe that in the "standard" mail delivery scheme this is not possible. The SpamAssissin scanning is done after forwarders have been done, and before deliveries to mailboxes are done.

To filter at an earlier point in the delivery chain, you probably need to scan messages at the MTA (like ClamAV scans for viruses). I believe this is pretty resource intensive and probably not a desirable solution.

Alternatively, I think Chirpy's MailScanner solution will do the trick. But I do stand to be corrected on this point.
