I know, I know, SpamAssassin is some advanced software that you don't want anyone tweaking inside of their user panel.

Although, we have a lot of customers ask us if there is a way to increase the level or decrease the level of security that Spam Assassin uses for determing whether or not it's spam.... I know there's some manuals out on their SpamAssassin opensource website, but is there anything that is setup for the "newbie user" who is using it within the cpanel interface?

    Thanks!

In cpanel's configure spamassassin, the 2nd option is required_score. 5 or 6 is quite strong. 10 to 15 is quite safe but will let a fair amount through.
