spambox

    i am using
    WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.1-R20683
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

    spambox option is not working properly.

    1)its enabled in tweak setting both option have check marked in tweak
    SpamAssassin Spam Filter
    SpamAssassin Spam Box delivery for messages marked as spam (user configurable)

    1)if spambox is enabled for domain if i create new pop a/c it wont enable for new domain
    2)if i enable spamassasin and spambox both and configure the rules for spam assasin
    it wont send mail to .spam folder
    i can see .spam folder for old a/c but not for new a/c
    but i can not see spam folder in webmail
    if i send mail with spam rules then logs shows it completed but it wont show in webmail even it wont show ing .spam/cur or .spam/new

    let us know how to fix

    HI,

    i have enabled spamassassin , i can see spam folder in horde too
    but spam mail does not filter or goes to spam folder.

    wheni check full header it shows
    X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.2.3 (2007-08-08) on clam.unixbsd.info
    X-Spam-Level:
    X-Spam-Status: No, score=0.5 required=8.0 tests=AWL,BAYES_00,HTML_MESSAGE, HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG,JOIN_MILLIONS,MIME_HTML_ONLY autolearn=no version=3.2.3

    how can i get spambox option work?

    I remember your thread on WHT, so I'll just rehash that with a comment of my own: SpamBox will only place spam in the spam folder once it meets the score threshold you set for spambox, which was speculated to be 8.0 for that account.
