Can anyone elaborate on that a little or help in finding out how to fix the error?

Google just pulls up a bunch of 404's and jargon I can't make out.

Hasn't the spamcop report given an indication as to the source of the reported message? You should normally be able to see if you've got a domain name, message id, etc in there so as to be able to narrow it down.

    Thanks for the help.

It's a bounced email they blocked sending for the reason " your server is an open proxy "

I added more security, like blocking unused ports and certain email channels for now.

Did they not include a copy of the e-mail though? The headers for that should provide you with the info to determine what account it came from.

No the account is bogus that they listed, and the server itself has been scanned. My guess is someone spoofed our server, we will see if I get more emails about this.
