spamd error: what does this means?

    Did you modify or delete any SpamAssassin files? SSH to your server and run this command:
    spamd -V
    What do you get?

    i already re-installed spamassassin, but its still not working.. :(

    i get following..

    -----------------------------------------------

    running on Perl 5.8.7
    with SSL support (IO::Socket::SSL 0.97)

    spamd has failed
    please contact the sysadmin (result was "Spamd is not running").
    this is the new error now...

    it looks like spamd errors are not gonna end soon... :(

    You need to completely uninstall SpamAssassin (SA), and re-install it again. Stop exim, completely un-install SA, then re-install SA and restart exim. Exim will be restartedany way, if chkservd is up and running.

    How do i completely uninstall SpamAssassin? disabling it from WHM is not enough...if I'm not wrong.. :)
