Hello,
Since about 4 weeks ago I have several servers where spamd just fails without apparent reason several times during the day. The issue is that instead of returning "automagically", users that have spamassasin enabled on their Cpanel's get all their e-mail (inbound and outbound) sent to the queue for several hours, sometimes all the way to the night.
Example of error in exim_mainlog:
2006-09-05 10:23:41 1GKcZr-0000Pg-4F <[email protected]>: virtual_sa_userdelivery transport output: An error was detected while processing a file of BSMTP input.
This issue has already caused us alot of problems, I have searched the forums for all the possible fixes, include the use_bayes 0 fix, none have worked, and short of going to MailScanner (which I believe will skyrocket my load and make the problem worse) or disabling SpamAsssasin (and saying goodbye to half my customers which receive thousands of spam e-mail) I see no further solutions.
I'll appreciate all the help you can give me.
Warmest Regards.
