Spammer with U=cpanel P=local password?

Hi

a spammer has been on one of our cpanel hosts, mostly using [email protected] (webmail) so I have changed all the passwords for the domain xxxx.co.nz

my guess is a that the customer has had an easy password

but there are few log entrys as below exim_mainlog

do I need to password change for cpanel ? if so how?
