One of our accounts has an odd issue of having the Special FTP Account quota that is set and full.

On all our other accounts, the Special FTP Account that is created by the system has an unlimited quota, however, in this particular account, the limit is set to 20M and the amount of data reports 52M, hence preventing the use of the account as the quota is always full. The entire site is only 57M (this includes TMP files)

You cannot configure this quota via WHM.

Where is it taking this information from (the quota amount) and how do we fix this to return to unlimited?

I have ran the following scripts and it did not change:

    FTPQUOTACHECK --force
    FIXQUOTAS

Thanks for any input or help you may have.

The disk quota for the special FTP accounts is the same as the disk quota for the cPanel account. To change the disk quota for the FTP account, you'll need to raise the disk quota for the cPanel account.

You can change the disk quota in WHM >> Account Functions >> Quota Modification
