specific smarthost for specific mail providers

Hello there
I am currently using smarthost provided by my data center to deliver emails. I wanted to know can i add another smarthost to deliver emails to servers such as yahoo and live?
the smarthost provided by my data center has a mail count limit!
I have another relay server which is my dns server as well! i want to send all emails from my dns servers and use the data center one only to send emails to yahoo&hotmail&live!
because this 3 provider does not accept emails from my dns servers! i dont know why i am blocked there!

It might be easier for you to figure out why you're being blocked, instead of hoping to find a way around those blocks.

I'm currently not in any blacklist~ but im insisting to get this work because my emails does not deliver to yahoo! I dont know what the hell is wrong with them! sometimes they receive the emails but with a long delay and other times they don't receive it at all!

and there is no way to contact them!

I really need to get my premium relay server to work for @yahoo domains.
