SPF mechanism not recognized?

    What does this mean?

    This is from a spam. Does this mean that the sending domain had SPF configured correctly and that this email failed, or that the sending domain name has SPF configured incorrectly? SPF record looks like this:

    Maybe you must change ~ with - so the SPF will look like :

    domain.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx -all"

    and there is dot after domain.com

    Thanks! It must be the dot, because the tilde is correct according to openspf.org.
