Hi,

On my new VPS system i'm having troubles keeping my e-mail's out of peoples spam box.
On every new DNS-zone I add the next spf record.

v=spf1 a mx ip4:%ip% mx:%domain% ~all as a TXT.

However all mails sent from any DNS-zone / account end up in my spam box.

Does anyone have solution for my problem or faced the same issue?

Hello :)

I recommend making sure that a RDNS entry is configured for the IP address used for sending email. Also, ensure that your IP address is not listed on any SPAM blacklists. You may need to contact the remote mail server administrators directly to see why your server has it's mail detected as SPAM. Typically, every remote mail server has a different policy.

Thank you.
