I recently used Cpanel to back up our entire website. The file was generated and downloaded locally to our home pc. Now we need to restore one of the databases which was supposed to be backed up during the full website backup, but looking in the compressed file I have yet to find any of the SQL backups; so my question is where the heck are they??? I know I can decompress the whole thing and search the folder but the backup is around 120 Gig and decompressing entirely will slow our local machine and max the hard drive; if we could locate that SQL backup and just extract that and then restore it , it would save us a lot of trouble and time. Any feedback and information anyone might provide will be extremely helpful. Thank for your time everyone.

For the full cPanel backups, the MySQL database sql files are contained in the mysql folder named username_dbname.sql for each database where username is the cPanel username and dbname is the database name. The path is basically the following when extracted:

backup-M.DD.YY_HH-MM-SS_username/mysql/username_dbname.sql

Thank you so much for your quick reply. We highly appreciate it.

P.S.. We located the file and extracting now. Thanks again :)
