After much searching and swearing i have finally registered as a user :)

I am having a great deal of problems with SQL. When i add a new user i grant all privilages such as space/databases/add on domains etc, but when the user is logged in under myphpadmin they are no rights to add edit or import a database.

I have used WHM in the past and had no problems with this however now its really trying my patience.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S once you have answered this one i have more problems :)

First make sure they are logged in with the user's own password (not the reseller or root override)

Then make sure mysql is working properly and update cpanel to the latest version.

If you still have problems, you will have to check the logs for further details.

Also please check the ownership and permission of the database.
