    I did a sql backup through cpanel and get an extra file with gzkey at the end and also no users are carried over.
    What's the gzkey file for?
    Why didn't the users carry over?

    cpanel account on server1
    cpanel->backup

    Download a MySQL Database Backup
    tgpgallery

    saved on client computer as tgpgallery.gz

    Server2 same accountname
    cpanel->backup
    Restore a MySQL Database
    select tgpgallery.gz
    upload

    ' Restoring Database ' with 3 pages of text

    Server2->cpanel->MySQL®Databases Current Databases:
    xxxtgp_tgpgallery
    xxxtgp_tgpgallerygzkey

    It looks like the db was restored ok but no usernames are there
    What is the second db for? same name but has gzkey added

    That is fixed in the latest builds (at least in C94, but I think also in S and R). Make certain your version of cpanel is the latest. You can compare the version numbers with http://layer1.cpanel.net

    In the meantime, that gzkey database can be deleted.

    Ditto, same issue, and we're running 10.9.0-RELEASE_118 on all servers.
